Here's how:
Step 1: Look in your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) and make a list of all your favorite customers.
If your company has an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey then it'll be easier to identify your raving fans - just look for the customers that rated your product/service a 9 and a 10.
Step 2: Call and/or email all of them and ask them for referrals. You can use this script below 👇👇👇
